Two people seen trying to enter parked vehicle

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a suspicious activity call near Blue Stem Drive after a caller reported two people trying to get into a vehicle that had been parked there all day. It is unclear if the vehicle belongs to them.
