Woman reports missing cell phone at grocery store

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer was dispatched to a supermarket on East Main Street for a report of a woman who may have lost or had her cell phone stolen after leaving it at a cash register and returning to find it missing. She planned to meet the officer near the store entrance curbside.
