Reckless speeding by black SUV on Mammoth Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a newer black SUV driving recklessly on Mammoth Road and then turning into the Mulberry Parkway area. The caller reported the vehicle speeding, braking hard, passing other cars, and having a headlight out. An area check was conducted but the vehicle was gone on arrival.
