Person reported in cardiac arrest near Pelzer

As discussed during the dispatch call, responders were dispatched for a cardiac arrest call near Cooley Bridge Road and cross streets Sutter Road and Fernwood Lane. Later updates indicated no cardiac arrest, but rescue continued at the scene.
