Teenager reported in roadway yelling at cars

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies requested to respond near Kino's on Virginia Avenue in Pembroke for a report of a teenager behaving erratically—running into/around Route 460, stopping and sitting/doing sit-ups in the travel lanes, and screaming at passing cars for about 30 minutes.
