Found yellow lab with pink collar at residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller on Briar Road reported finding a yellow Labrador dog wearing a pink collar with no identification tags. The caller currently has the dog, and officers were sent to handle the animal complaint and assist with reuniting the dog with its owner.
