Abandoned semi truck in center turn lane

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a semi truck apparently abandoned in the center turn lane near Southwest 30th Street and Southgate in Pendleton, close to a fast food restaurant. The truck has an Illinois trailer plate, and officers are being directed to look for the driver.
