As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were alerted to a possible reckless driver reported near a residence on Blazer Drive, traveling westbound on Spotswood Road toward Harrisonburg after allegedly going into a ditch multiple times and tailgating. The reporting caller was driving a blue Nissan Rogue in the Rockingham area.
