Naked person reported under 1st Street bridge

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to reports of a naked man hiding under the north side of a bridge along 1st Street near Willmar. The report was relayed through public works staff. Officers later observed the man partially clothed, sitting on nearby steps and then walking south on the bridge and overpass.
