Semi driving erratically on State Road 1 near Pennville

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a driving complaint from a caller following a semi with a white cab and silver trailer traveling south on State Road 1 from Wells County toward Pennville. The caller reported the semi was initially swerving, later unable to maintain speed and at one point driving in the middle of the road as it entered Pennville. Units staged near nearby intersections to watch for the vehicle.
