Driver flees after crash on I-80 shoulder

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a traffic crash involving a dark gray two-door Subaru on the right-hand shoulder of the interstate near Penryn. The driver reportedly acted erratically, screamed profanity, and then drove away toward the Coloma area. A witness retrieved a dog from the vehicle. Fire units later reported nothing evident at the scene and the call was canceled.
