Police stop car and detain one man, second flees

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a traffic stop on a dark maroon Infiniti near UT-32 and North Wooden Shoe Lane by a large brick building. One man was taken into custody, and a second man reportedly left on foot heading northbound.
