Pickup driving recklessly on Highway 33 near Perkins

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a pickup truck driving recklessly at high speed and swerving while entering Perkins from the east on Highway 33. Units were advised and a countywide broadcast was planned in case the vehicle could not be located immediately.
