Husband reportedly threatens to assault neighbor

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a noise complaint at a residence on Main Street in Perry. The reporting party stated that her husband is outside and has threatened to assault a neighbor if the neighbor comes outside. Units were advised this is not an emergent event and may be handled by phone.
