Apartment fire with resident locked inside

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a reported structure fire at Elm Tree Apartments in Perryville. Most residents were evacuated, but (number withheld) person reportedly remained locked inside as smoke was seen coming from an apartment. Additional units were requested to assist.
