Propane odor reported at restaurant in Peru

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire departments were dispatched to a restaurant on Bear Swamp Road after a reported smell of propane that had apparently been noticeable for several days. Crews walked through the restaurant and went to the area where staff thought they smelled gas but were not able to detect any propane at that time and waited for another unit to arrive. In a separate call, the city fire department was sent to a building on Cornelia Street for a possible rescue of an individual stuck in an elevator.
