Man falls 10 feet from ladder on dock and injured

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched near First Street in Petersburg for a 62-year-old man who reportedly fell about 10 feet from a ladder on a dock, was briefly unconscious with a bleeding head, and later became awake while responders coordinated access to the dock area.
