Childbirth at Rocket Raceway with mother bleeding

As discussed during the dispatch call, first responders, deputies, and EMS were dispatched to a reported active childbirth at Rocket Raceway near the 16000 block of Highway 82 West. Radio traffic indicated the child was already delivered and there was significant bleeding around the mother, and a second ambulance was requested. Units reported the location as near the four-circle track on the eastbound shoulder, about a mile from the racetrack entrance.
