74-year-old man with cancer suffering rectal bleeding

As discussed during the dispatch call, medical units were dispatched to a storage facility off East Highway 24 near Peyton for a 74-year-old man who was conscious and breathing but reportedly ill, dehydrated, with low blood pressure and rectal bleeding. Responders were advised that someone would meet them at the gate by a blue fence.
