Female running and yelling in street at Cheyenne Valley

As discussed during the dispatch call, a female was reportedly running in the street yelling and stretching near Cheyenne Valley Drive and Cheyenne Valley Cove. Welfare check was initiated after several callers reported her behavior. She appeared uninjured and no weapons were seen. The female was last seen near Tiny Seed street.
