Man with mental issues assaults family at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible mental health crisis and disturbance at a home near Pebble Court off Phillips Branch. A caller from out of state reported that a male relative was allegedly trying to fight people inside the residence and had apparently assaulted several people.
