Downed tree and power line at Fifth and East streets

As discussed during the dispatch call, a unit was sent to the intersection of Fifth Street and East Street in Phillips to investigate a reported downed tree and possibly downed power lines. The responding unit later reported that the affected line appeared to be dead and connected to a light pole.
