Man unresponsive and receiving CPR after four-wheeler accident

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to a possible cardiac or diabetic emergency involving an unresponsive adult man near Stony Brook Road in Phippsburg. The patient was reported to be on dialysis, with CPR in progress and defibrillator use requested, after he was found unresponsive and reportedly stuck in a four-wheeler while people tried to pull him out.
