Flooded roads block routes near highways 11, 43 and 59

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic indicates significant flooding on and near major highways on the north side of town, including the intersection of highways 43 and 11, making several routes difficult or impossible to use. Responders are rerouting using higher ground and alternate exits along the interstate to avoid high water as conditions continue to worsen.
