As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews are responding to a vegetation fire on a steep hillside near Highway 271 north of the Confusion Hill Bridge and Bear Pen Road area in Piercy. Multiple engines and a hand crew are on scene, and a bulldozer request was canceled after assessment.
