Woman with mental health disorder calms down near Jameson and Miller Drive

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical emergency was reported near Jameson and Miller Drive involving a 31-year-old female who was combative, screaming, and hearing voices. She later appeared to have calmed down when fire and EMS arrived.
