Phone lost from vehicle, no injuries reported

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units initially responded to a possible accident on the south side near Smith Mountain Road, but the call appears to have involved a phone falling from an off-road vehicle. All people were accounted for and reported uninjured, and rescue and medical units were canceled.
