Suspicious 911 open line with arguing heard

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a possible disturbance after a 911 open line was traced near a residence on High Rock Hill Road, where background sounds suggested crying and arguing and a caller told someone not to call. Dispatch noted a prior officer-safety alert for a person at that residence reportedly making threatening statements and having multiple firearms. Later contact with a possibly intoxicated man at a nearby address suggested the call may have been an accidental dial while he was letting dogs out.
