Woman injured by bungee cord hit loses consciousness

As discussed during the dispatch call, medical units responded Code 3 to a location on East 400 South in Pima for a reported 47-year-old woman who was struck in the face by a bungee cord, with apparent facial swelling, slurred speech, and episodes of unconsciousness.
