Dispute at vehicle repossession, firearm reported

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a disturbance near Jennings Street involving a repossession company worker and the vehicle owner. The reporting person stayed inside a locked vehicle while the other man yelled and banged outside. A firearm was reportedly visible on the reporting person’s side, but no assault was reported and it is unclear if any other weapons were involved. The man outside was described as in his late 30s and possibly intoxicated.
