Man vomiting blood with abnormal breathing at Pine Grove

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a medical call near Lynn Way and Bowman Road for a 25-year-old man reportedly vomiting blood and having abnormal breathing. Units were dispatched with an emergency lights-and-sirens response.
