Unresponsive male with breathing and heart issues

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to a location on North Old 52 Road near Blue Jay Lane and East 52 Bypass for a report of an unresponsive adult male who was reportedly unconscious, having difficulty breathing, and with known heart problems. The patient was later transported, possibly to a hospital referred to as Baptist.
