Pedestrian on scooter hit by pickup, driver leaves scene

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers and EMS were sent to a location near West Ninth Street after a woman reported she was riding a scooter near (number withheld) Street and Walnut Street when a Ford pickup truck struck her and left the scene. She reported leg and foot pain and requested medical evaluation and a report.
