Reckless car driving without tire through Pittsfield

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a complaint about a red Mercedes driving recklessly near North Street and Hancock Road. The vehicle, reportedly bearing a New Jersey license plate, was said to be traveling without a tire, moving through Wahconah Street and Seymour Street, and allegedly not stopping for stop signs or red lights. Fire units also responded to a small outside fire at a residence on Wahconah Street, which the resident agreed to extinguish.
