Small oven fire triggers alarm at Rose Manor

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a fire alarm at a residential building at Rose Manor near Elberon Avenue. They found a small oven fire, used an extinguisher, and reported the fire out while holding one engine in service. A separate medical call at a nearby senior residence involved a 79-year-old man with an apparent past fall and altered mental status.
