Intoxicated woman at Plain City Aquatic Center

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to the Plain City Aquatic Center near West Second Street and nearby cross streets for a medical call involving an intoxicated woman. Police arrived first and reported the scene appeared secure before additional medical units were added to the response.
