73-year-old male unresponsive with possible seizure in vehicle

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical crews were dispatched to a location on Old Plain Dealing Road for a reported 73-year-old man in a vehicle who was breathing but unresponsive and possibly having a seizure near a double-wide trailer up a hill.
