Semi truck stuck in dirt on Commerce Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a report of an all-white semi truck and trailer possibly stuck in dirt near 8th Street and Commerce Street in Plankinton, across from a maintenance shop. The reporting party was no longer at the scene.
