As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical crews were dispatched to a location on Nuttall Lane in Plantersville, Texas, for a 61-year-old man who was conscious and breathing but reporting atrial fibrillation, high blood pressure, fluctuating heart rate, and upper chest and throat tightness while outside.
