Male fell into water from South Catherine Bridge

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and EMS crews in Plattsburgh responded near the South Catherine Street bridge for a report that a man had gone over the bridge and into the water. Units staged in a nearby parking lot and prepared to enter the water and search down the river.
