Neighbor dispute over damaged fence marker

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were dispatched to a reported neighbor dispute near Jersey Swamp Road in Beekmantown, where one neighbor allegedly damaged a fence marker and then verbally assaulted the reporting neighbor.
