Injured woman found screaming for help on Broad Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers and fire crews responded near a church on Broad Street after a woman waved them down, screamed for help, and would not answer questions. She was later contacted again near a bank on Margaret Street, where her knees were reported to be covered in blood, and the same woman was identified near a different nearby church. EMS was possibly requested to assist her.
