Report of people fighting near Pine Tree Drive

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible fight reported near Pine Tree Drive in Plattsburgh. A caller at a nearby location reported people appearing to fight in a back parking lot and associated with a damaged car with a loud muffler. An apparently intoxicated male was reported in the back seat of the vehicle, which may have left a nearby business shortly before officers arrived.
