Disorderly person detained on South Platt Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers contacted a disorderly man near South Catherine Street and South Platt Street in Plattsburgh and requested an additional unit. The man was followed along South Platt Street, taken into custody, and transported from that area to the station. City EMS was also notified or involved.
