Report of man with pellet gun on Weed Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a person possibly carrying a pellet gun on the hip near Weed Street in Plattsburgh. The call came from a third party, and it was later confirmed to be a pellet gun and not a real firearm. The person was not reported to be actively using the gun against anyone.
