Altercation reported with possible armed suspect

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported altercation near Elizabeth Street in Plattsburgh; parties were separated and a male wearing a white sweatshirt was reported on the ground. Radio traffic also mentioned a possible armed suspect connected to the disturbance. EMS was dispatched to CVPH (priority two) with one patient.
