Suspect in bike theft detained on Lorraine Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers coordinated with university police on a follow-up to a reported bicycle theft near Lorraine Street. A man, whose license appeared to be suspended and who had prior orders of protection and an active warrant entry, was reported to be in custody.
