Woman suspected of shoplifting at Target and Ross

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a shoplifting complaint involving a woman with reddish hair, dressed in black, who allegedly tried to steal from a store at a shopping plaza and then went into another nearby store. Store security was advised to contact state police if she returns to the store.
