Loose cow in roadway on Payne Street and Peytons Creek

As discussed during the dispatch call, a deputy located a brown cow in the roadway on Payne Street and later on Peyton's Creek Road. The animal returned to a damaged fence believed to have been broken during a previous wreck about a week earlier. The deputy attempted to find the cow's owner.
