My caller advised she's seeing a great pickup truck in row one, but towards the end of the parking lot, towards Waterburger. She states there appears to be children in the car. A young girl may be six who's been rolling the window up and down and crying. She said she's been observing the vehicle for approximately 10 to 15 minutes. and had seen the vehicle in the same spot approximately 9 a.m. 10476. Did she advise that the vehicle was running or not? She didn't believe so, but was unsure.
